Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to the Micro SaaS Pro subscription (₹499 / month), operated by RANJITHKUMAR SATHAIYAN.

Cancellation

You may cancel Pro at any time from the dashboard Billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Because this is digital software, fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable due to a fault on our side, email ranjithkumarsathaiyan@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method via Cashfree, typically within 5–7 business days after approval.

No shipping

We do not sell physical products, so there is no shipping or return-of-goods process.
